  They used to be the best doctors surgery in town until they merged with another one, now it's nearly impossible to get an appointment within 2 weeks and nearly as hard to get repeat prescriptions and sicknotes. They keep trying to get me to go to the other surgery which I can't do as disabled with no transportation to get there. It would take 2 different buses each way. Also no clinic at the weekend/reduced hours during the week and I'm a mature student 3 full days a week so that cuts down when I can get an appointment to very reduced time slots.

  Incredibly rude reception staff.
  I called to make a request for a repeat prescription as their online service is not working.
  The prescription line is open at very restrictive times for patients who work full time (14:00 - 16:00). I called at 16:03 and was told no one could take my request until 14:00 tomorrow. I explained that I had been able to before.
  The reception staff member was very rude. I cannot find means to make a complaint on their site.
  Would not recommend if you work full time. I will be looking to change GP practices.
